HK wins fourth karate medal at Asian Games

Team Hong Kong, China on Wednesday added a fourth medal in karate at the Asian Games in Japan after claiming bronze in the men's team kata event. The trio of Howard Hung, Martin Li and Tang Yu-chin prevailed over Chinese Taipei 3-2 in a closely contested bout at Toyohashi Gymnasium. Victory adds to the SAR's already impressive karate campaign at the Games, following Hung's bronze in the individual kata, Grace Lau's silver in the women's individual kata, and Wong Cheuk-lee's bronze medal finish in the women's kumite -68kg category.
